Adm In ME is a leading European administrative business process
outsourcing provider (Accounting, Payroll, HR, Compliance).

We have direct local operations in Switzerland, Italy, France, UK, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and
Moldova.

Our company is currently looking for the Team Manager to lead and develop the Group’s newly
established Companies in Romania, as well as the related support companies (Payroll & HR and
consulting) while leveraging the Group’s European teams (IT, Administration, Marketing)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Local leadership

o Lead the definition and implementation of the company strategy in the country
o Educate the company’s European management team on the particularities of the local
market, and contribute to the company’s European strategy decisions
Business Development
o Europe-to-local: support the company’s European sales team by participating in pre-sales
calls and meetings to:
o Propose the right solution for each international client to operate in the country
o Budget and staff each project
o Local-to-Europe: propose to local clients the company’s services abroad
o Local-to-Local: develop a local client base and local network of partners.

Financial Controlling

o In coordination with the company’s accounting shared service center:
o Establish the budget for each legal entity and report on actuals
o Organise management and statutory accounting to provide clear visibility on cost
centers and profitability.
o Continuously keep track and accrue for client loss cost risk, labor termination cost risk and
any other event that may impact the company’s financial
o Establish all necessary business insurances

Team Management

o Recruit and manage training of key staff positions in the company
o Continuously motivate the team and establish career paths for each team member
o Establish compensation schemas and performance reward systems
o Ensure that the group policies are respected by all employees
Operations management
o Properly staff each of the projects and follow up on main service indicators.
o Ensure client satisfaction by putting in place the necessary reviews, surveys and regular
review meetings
o Ensure proper billing and collections follow up

Legal Compliance

o Be the official director (“Legal Representative”) of all the company’s legal entities in the
country
o Ensure that the activity of each legal entity complies with all tax and industrial laws and rules
o Maintain perfectly clear, structured and transparent records of each legal entity as per the
local legal requirements and the company’s group policies, meeting all deadlines for all
declarations and mandatory reporting
o Verify that all client and vendor contracts are established according to reasonable
commercial and legal terms
o Manage any potential litigation with employees, clients or vendors with maximum respect to
laws and the ethical principles of the company

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years previous experience in payroll / accounting / outsourcing industry
Languages: English – fluent
