We have direct local operations in Switzerland, Italy, France, UK, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Moldova.

Job title: Marketing Associate
Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Occupation: full time (100%)

Main responsibilities:

• Enter, maintain and update client information in CRM;
• Review proposals, commercial agreements and contracts for compliance issues;
• Assistance with after-sales activities;
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing department, as needed;
• Assist with data validation and marketing campaigns, as needed;
• Support the sales and marketing team on daily tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficient with MS Office, including PowerPoint editing skills;
• Medium to advanced  level of English;
• Ability to summarize information and present it in PowerPoint;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
